A more manageable path to Oracle HCM
Moving to a new HCM platform is a major decision, particularly when your team is already stretched. CBC’s HCM Now offering brings together a structured implementation approach and experienced consultants to help mid-market organizations get started with Oracle Fusion HCM.
Built from experience
Our accelerators come from problems CBC consultants have encountered in real client environments. We look for ways to reduce repetitive work while keeping experienced people involved in the decisions that matter.

Blueprint Methodology
CBC's Blueprint methodology is tailored for Mid-Enterprise. By leveraging pre-built configurations and a structured process we are able to reduce implementation cost, time and demand on client teams. We begin by installing our pre-built and tested configurations. Next we progress through a series of refinement steps which get you in the system early and often. Finally we conduct a user acceptance testing event to test your processes from end to end.
